Our company offers surface mounting, inspection, evaluation, and analysis of various printed circuit boards. We handle the mounting of ultra-small chip components (0402) and ultra-fine pitch components (CSP, BGA) using advanced high-performance machines. We respond to a wide range of requests from product development support to prototyping and mass production.
